Seyi Wright has interacted with thousands of executives over the past ten years, gaining from their insights while facilitating learning. This exchange gives him a rich repertoire of references which stimulates learning at his seminars and conferences.
He has provided consulting and capacity building services for companies in various sectors of the economy.

Seyi Wright works with Leadership & Vision Ltd, a consulting firm he established in 1997, to assist individuals, organizations and institutions to elevate their leadership effectiveness.

Up till 1997, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a bank in Nigeria. He has served on the board of a few organizations involved in Education, Financial services and Marketing Communication. He is actively involved in spiritual outreach.
